Terms of Use – InClass

1. Introduction
InClass is a school timetabling software application developed and provided by Gerhard Lowe (“I”, “me”, or “the developer”).
By downloading, installing, or using InClass, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
2. Licence to Use
I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use InClass for personal, educational, or internal institutional purposes.
You may:

Install and use InClass on your own computer

Use it to create and manage timetables
You may not:

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute InClass without permission

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software

Remove copyright or ownership notices
3. Trial Version
InClass is provided as a trial version.
The trial version:

May contain functional limitations

May display notices indicating trial status

Is provided for evaluation purposes only, with the option to upgrade to a full version
I do not guarantee that the trial version is free of errors .
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Verifying the accuracy of all timetables created with InClass

Ensuring the software meets your requirements

Backing up your data regularly
While InClass includes automatic checks (such as clash prevention), final responsibility for correctness remains with the user.
5. No Warranty
InClass is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
I make no guarantees that:

The software will be error-free

It will meet all specific requirements

It will operate without interruption
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Incorrect timetables

Business interruption

Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of InClass
Use of the software is entirely at your own risk.
7. Updates and Changes
I may:

Update or modify InClass at any time

Add, change, or remove features

Update these Terms of Use
Continued use of InClass after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using InClass and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
