For all editing on the timetable use the right hand mouse click to bring up the context menu.

Add a new form to the existing timetable

Single teacher replacement in one timeslot

Global teacher replacement, replace a teacher in one subject, in one class throughout the selected class.

Single room replacement in one timeslot

Global room replacement, replace a room in one subject, in one class throughout the selected class.

Sometimes it is necessary to add a new form to the time table because some classes got to large. It is important to know beforehand which extra resources are needed.

Select a form. The new form will be added underneath the selected form.

Deleting any form:

1) Select the form to delete

2) Click the button Rem at the top

Single teacher replacement on the current timetable

means, you replace one teacher in one cell on the timetable.

Gloabal teacher replacement on the current timetable means, you replace a teacher in the allotment: Careful!
