The timetabler is able to create and work on different versions of a school timetable. This opens options to add more subjects, timetable weekends etc.
Important is the progressive development of the CURRENT timetable in use. Adding new forms to create new classes or removing classes as needed.

Covering Yard Duty 

First, create the areas that need supervision during breaks.

Allot teachers to the yard duty areas. On the timetable, select a class -> edit -> yard duty
