Daily Organisation

Daily organisation is the backbone of dealing with timetable changes on a daily basis. Teachers who are absent need to be replaced, rooms that need repairs or are needed otherwise require classes to get moved.
On the start up of InClass there is an extra login for the daily organiser with name and password. The daily organiser cannot change the current timetable but uses it to announce the necessary changes required for the current day.

A modern timetable should prioritize digital solutions over paper notices. This approach enables easy cross-checking of various data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Cover Changes on the day
Since we know which timeslots need covering, we now choose a teacher to cover. You may select a teacher from the dropdown list. A useful guide is the cover history of the teachers of the last 14 days. If employing relief teachers on the day, you should use these first.

Keep emergency teachers on file:
From the Staff Form, select Relief to open the Relief teacher Form. Here you enter the relief teacher which will later allow you to cover absentees.
